Payment processing fee
If you want to accept online payments via credit/debit cards, you'll need a payment processor. Bookable comes with Stripe payments built in, so it's easy to get set up for online payments. Stripe charge a small fee for online payment processing, and you can find details of their pricing here.
Note that these fees are in addition to 2% Bookable application fee.
Payment processing fees are only applicable to event organisers who want to accept online payments.

Certainly! You can accept cash payments for your events. We support cash and various other payment methods of your choice. Simply set up 'payment instructions' for your events, and customers will be clearly informed of all available payment options.
Can I use Bookable for free?
Yes! Bookable is free to use if you're organizing free events. You can manage and promote your free events without any cost. If you run a mixture of both free and paid events, you will only pay for the paid events.
Can I sell memberships for my events?
Definitely! With Bookable, you can sell memberships that give your customers access to your events and special perks. You can create different memberships, set your prices, and offer exclusive benefits to keep your members coming back for more.
Can I sell credits that can be used to book my events?
Yes, you can! Our platform lets you sell credit bundles, so your customers can buy a set number of credits and use them for multiple events. It's a great way to offer flexibility and encourage repeat attendance.
