Hi, I'm Lucy, and I have a small business running yoga classes. I am not very technical, so it was super important for me to find simple and easy-to-use tools to do this. I now use Instagram, WhatsApp and Bookable - and I find that they work super well together!

Bookable as the booking and payment tool

Bookable creates the event pages and the schedule, which my customers can easily access through a link to see the events, book-in and pay. I've customised the colour to match my brand, and added my event photos so it's super visual and personal to me.

Getting bookings through Instagram stories

Most of my customers follow me on Instagram, so when I have a new class or retreat that I want to promote - I create an Instagram story and add a link to the Bookable event page. That way it only takes people 2 clicks from seeing the Instagram story to booking into the event! And the whole experience feels really smooth and seamless.

WhatsApp for direct contact with the community

My regular customers are all in my WhatsApp group, and I love that whenever I post an event link in WhatsApp, a preview of the event is automatically generated inside the message. It shows the event image and the date and time of the event too. This makes my events look so professional and inviting, and it's really eye-catching.
